Habitat for Humanity is built on the many hours donated by our volunteers.  

In addition to people who want to work on the construction site, we need volunteers in all other aspects of the organization.  We have volunteer opportunities in our office.  Special skills such as data entry and desktop publishing can be put to use along with basic office skills.  Our ReStore which raises money to help us build is also a great place to volunteer.  The store sells new and used donated construction materials and household items, and needs volunteers to help with picking up donations and processing them once in the store.  We also need volunteers to help with customer service on the floor.

We are currently seeking volunteers to serve on many committees as well.  One committee that is urgently looking for volunteers is the Family Support Committee.  This committee is comprised of Family Advocates who are placed with new Habitat Partner Families from when they are selected through the time they move into their home and for six months afterward.  It is a rewarding job and often leads to lifelong relationships.
