Volunteer »
Santa Fe Habitat for Humanity offers opportunities for you to  help with all aspects of home building.  You do not need to be an expert in construction to help out on a work site. There are many tasks that require only a willingness to learn and work with others. On-site construction work is the most popular of Habitat's volunteer opportunities. We make every effort to incorporate all willing volunteers regardless of skill level. All volunteers on the construction site must be at least 16 years of age or older. We will work rain or shine and during the winter please check our "Construction Updates: Weather Altert" for the most up to date weather information.
It's quick and simple to find out where we have volunteer needs, and to sign up with us for those. Just visit our Volunteer Calendar, find an opportunity that suits your interests and availability, and click the "SIGN UP" button.

If you complete the Online Registration, you do not need to do the in-person orientation, unless you are completing community service hours for school or court. Before beginning community service hours, you need to check in with the Volunteer and Family Services Manager at our office. You may reach Devin Dunsay Peterson at (505)986-5880, ext. 13. Please call to set up an appointment.

Or, an In Person Registration & Orientation - Held once a month, see the calendar for specific dates and locations.
