Directions & Maps to Jobsites

MapQuest and other online mapping services are not much help when it comes to finding addresses in a new development and will more than likely send you to a vague location that may or may not even be in the same part of town. Please use the directions & maps provided here.

Lost? Call Bruce Beers-Green (construction supervisor) at 505-231-6656 if you're lost on the day you're supposed to volunteer.

Need to cancel? If it’s more than 24 hours before your scheduled day, call 505-986-5880 x11 and leave a message. If it’s the morning of your scheduled build day, call Bruce Beers-Green at 505-231-6656. We very much appreciate knowing when you need to cancel.

Note: Habitat construction workdays begin promptly at 8:30 and end at 4:30. All volunteers must sign up prior to their volunteer work day(s). To sign up, use our Construction Calendar . You should bring your own lunch and water bottle (we provide water, but you should bring your own container), wear close-toed shoes (work boots are best), and bring adequate sun protection (hat, sunglasses, sunblock). Directions to Valle Chamiso Lane:
• Head east on St. Michael's Drive toward the hospital (St. Vincent Regional Medical Center) OR take Siringo Rd. east until it ends at Botulph Rd.
• Turn RIGHT on Botulph Rd. Continue about .7 miles.
• Turn LEFT on to Valle Chamiso Lane.
• The build site is immediately on your left (backing up onto Botulph Rd.). Park on the site of the road.

Directions to Joshua Lane:
• Head south on Cerrillos (as if heading out of town). After Zafarano, prepare and turn RIGHT onto Airport Rd.
• Turn RIGHT at the 2nd light onto Zepol Rd.
• Zepol sort of ‘dead ends’ into a mobile home park. Turn LEFT just before this, onto Calle Nueva Vista.
• Follow a sharp turn to the right then go straight a bit further. (This road runs parallel to Joshua Lane but provides easy access to the build site.)
• The build site will be on your LEFT and is the only house around. You may park on the side of the road.
